“Call Me, Maybe”, UAAP Style

It ain’t over yet! Here’s another version of Carly Rae Jepsen’s monster hit, “Call Me, Maybe” done the wacky way by players belonging to different college teams. Uploaded on www.rappler.com’s site, the video was said to be a promotional teaser for the upcoming 75th season of the Universities Athletics Association of the Philippines produced by ABS-CBN Sports.

According to Rappler, among the prominent players in the video are Blue Eagles Kiefer Ravena, Nico Salva and Ryan Buenafe, Adamson’s Alex Nuyles and Rodney Brondial, La Salle’s Joshua Webb, Luigi Dela Paz and Jeron Teng, FEU’s RR Garcia and Terrence Romeo, NU’s Bobby Ray Parks and Emmanuel Mbe, practically the entire UE Warriors team, UST’s Kevin Ferrer, Jeric Teng and Jeric Fortuna, and UP’s Mike Silungan, Mike Gamboa and Jett Manuel.

All I can say is, please stick to basketball, guys! Hahahaha! Still, this was all done in the spirit of fun and camaraderie — never mind if not all of them obviously knew the lyrics of the song. Oh, and the best dancer award goes to …….. (drum roll) ………. player #7 of FEU!!!!

P.S. Let me know who your favorite players/dancers are, ok? And may the best team win!!!!
